By accessing, browsing, or using the ABC Football Academy website, or by registering for any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, students, parents, and any third parties who interact with our services.

If you are enrolling a minor in our programs, you — as the parent or legal guardian — accept these terms on their behalf and take full responsibility for ensuring the minor complies with all academy policies.

All students, parents, and guardians are expected to uphold the values and standards of ABC Football Academy. Participation in our programs involves adherence to the following conduct guidelines:

• Student Conduct: Students must treat coaches, fellow players, and staff with respect at all times. Bullying, harassment, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the academy.
• Discipline: Students are expected to follow instructions from coaches and academy staff. Repeated violations of academy conduct rules may result in suspension or permanent exclusion from programs.
• Attendance: Consistent attendance is vital for development. Students are expected to notify the academy in advance of any planned absences. Excessive unexcused absences may affect continued participation.
• Safety Requirements: All participants must wear appropriate sports attire and protective equipment as directed. Students should arrive physically prepared and hydrated for each training session.
• Media and Photography: Any photography or video recording during sessions requires prior written consent from the academy management.

Participation in ABC Football Academy programs is subject to applicable fees. By enrolling, you agree to the following payment policies:

• Program Fees: Fees are set per program cycle and communicated to participants at the time of enrollment. All fees are inclusive of training materials provided by the academy.
• Payment Deadlines: Fees are due by the date specified in your enrollment confirmation. The academy reserves the right to deny access to sessions for accounts with outstanding balances.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the program start date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the program has commenced, except in cases of documented medical emergencies.
• Late Payments: A late payment notice will be sent for overdue accounts. Persistent non-payment may result in suspension from the program and potential referral to the academy's billing team.

Football and physical training activities inherently carry a degree of risk. By enrolling in our programs, participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept the following:

• Physical Activity Risk: Training involves running, contact drills, and other physical exercises that may carry risk of injury. The academy takes all reasonable precautions to minimize these risks.
• Assumption of Risk: Participants voluntarily engage in training activities and assume responsibility for any injuries that occur during normal participation, provided the academy has not been negligent.
• Medical Disclosure: Parents and guardians must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations relevant to their child's participation prior to enrollment. Failure to do so may endanger the student.
• Emergency Procedures: In the event of injury, academy staff are trained in first aid and will take appropriate action. Parents will be notified promptly in any case requiring medical attention.

ABC Football Academy shall not be held liable for personal property damage, theft, or loss occurring on academy premises unless due to gross negligence on the part of academy staff.

All content published on the ABC Football Academy website and distributed through our programs is protected by intellectual property law. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Logos and Branding: The ABC Football Academy name, logo, crest, and associated brand assets are registered trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent.
• Website Content: Text, graphics, photographs, and page layouts on this website are the exclusive property of ABC Football Academy.
• Training Materials: Coaching manuals, drill guides, session plans, and other educational materials distributed by the academy are proprietary and may not be reproduced or shared externally.
• Media: Any photographs or videos produced by or on behalf of the academy remain academy property and are subject to separate media usage agreements.

Users of the ABC Football Academy website are expected to engage with our platform in a lawful and respectful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting website content without express written permission.
